For online products wherever possible we provide a sufficient free of cost trial period or a free of cost demo which gives the customer enough time and data to assess the suitability of product. The client should purchase the product only after he is thoroughly satisfied of its suitability to him/her. In case a client incorrectly purchases a product and informs us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of making the payment a 50% refund less the taxes and other charges would be provided. No other requests of refund would be replied to.
Once your email for a valid refund is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
